የጾም ፓስታ Vegan Pasta




1 cup of cooked Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans) 

If you wish…remove the skins...
የተቀቀለ 1 ስኒ ሽንብራ...ከፈለጉ ቆዳውን ይለዩ... 



Soak 1/3 cup dried porcini mushrooms in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes...
የደረቀውን ማሽሩም በ1 ስኒ የሞቀ ውሀ ለ10 ደቂቃ ይዘፍዝፉ...



Strain through sieve and set both the mushrooms and liquid aside…
የተዘፈዘፈውን ማሽሩምና ውሀውን ይለዪና ያስቀምጡ... 



Heat the oil over in a large saute pan over medium heat….add chopped yellow onion and sauté …about 3 minutes…
ሽንኩርቱን በዘይት ይጥበሱ...

add chickpeas and sauté until lightly browned….
ሽንብራውን ይጨምሩና ጠበስ ያድርጉት... እንዳያር ግን ተጠንቀቁ 


add garlic and rosemary and sauté, about 2 minutes…
ነጭ ሽንኩርትና የጥብስ ቅጠሉን ይጨምሩ ከሁለት ደቂቃ በሃላ... 

add porcini mushrooms and Fresh mushrooms and cook…
የተዘፈዘፈውንና እርጥብ ማሽሩም ይጨምሩ ትንሸ ካቁላሉት በሃላ... 

when they release their liquid add the wine….after 1 minutes add the reserved mushroom liquid….
ዋይኑን ይጨምሩ ከአንድ ደቂቃ በሃላ የማሽሩምን ውሀ ይጨምሩ... 


Cook until the flavors have blended, about 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, season to taste with salt and pepper.

ከአሰር ደቂቃ በሃላ፥ ጨውና ቁንዶ በርበሬውን ያስተካክሉና ያውጡ

3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
4 Garlic, minced
1 cup of cooked Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
1 spring fresh rosemary
1/3-cup Dried porcini mushrooms
Fresh mushrooms about 2 cups
½ cup dry red wine
Salt and black pepper
Rigatoni pasta 
fresh parsley, to garnish


አስፈላጊ ጥሬ ዕቃዎች:

3 የሾርባ ማንኪያ የወይራ ዘይት

 1 ሽንኩርት
3 ነጭ ሽንኩርት
 1 ስኒ የተቀቀለ ሽንብራ
1 ትንሽ ግንድ የጥብስ ቅጠል
1/3 ስኒ የደረቀ ማሽሩም
2 ስኒ እርጥብ (fresh) ማሽሩም
ግማሽ ስኒ ቀይ ዋይን
ጨውና ቁንዶ በርበሬ
ፓስታ
