የዱባ ልጥልጥ pumpkin purée








ፍሬው ወጥቶለት የተቆራረጠውን ዱባ፥ በ 350ºF  የሞቀ ምድጃ (oven) ውስጥ ለ45 ደቂቃ ያህል ከተጠበስ በሓላ፥ ቀዝቀዝ ሲል የዱባ ቆዳውን መግፈፍ። ከዚያ ዱባውን በመለቀጫ መሳሪያ( In food processor) ትንሸ ውሀ ጠብ እያደረጉ በደንብ አድርጎ መለንቀጥ (መፍጨት) ። እንዲህ ተደርጎ የተዘጋጀውን ዱባ፥ ለዳቦ ለሾርባ እና ለመሳሰሉት ምግብ አስራር መጠቀም ይቻላል።   
To make pumpkin purée, cut a pumpkin in half, scoop out the seeds and stringy stuff… Reserve seeds for another use. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place pumpkin pieces on a on a parchment paper and roast in oven for 45 minutes, or until pumpkin is fork-tender. Cool, Peel off the skin from the pumpkin pieces and discard the skin. In food processor, Process until the flesh is smooth(during the pulsing add a few tablespoons of water to give it the needed moisture.)
Well, You can either use this immediately in whatever pumpkin recipe you’d like…or Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
